This site is provided for the purpose of displaying information about Baby-Pages, and detailing what services and goods we provide. We aim to keep the content up-to-date, although we as a business are continuously developing therefore the website may occasionally not be completely up-to-date.
The whole of this website including but not limited to the graphics, photos, and program code, and the domain name(s) are copyrighted and must not be reproduced, copied, downloaded, or distributed in any way, electronically or otherwise without prior permission from Baby-Pages.
Other sites may link to this website provided they do so via the home page, and that the site linking to this site acknowledges that the visitors are linking to an external site, also making it clear that Baby-Pages is a separate business. This website may not be included within a frame of another website.
Links from within this website to other websites are provided for convenience only, and can in no way be construed as our endorsement or recommendation of those sites. Such external sites are entirely beyond our control and we accept no responsibility for them. Other websites may have a privacy policy that differs from our own, we therefore recommend that you read each websites privacy policy prior to submitting personal information. We acknowledge the ownership and copyright of all external sites we link to.
We take a very responsible attitude to client data. We do not hold personal information on our web-server, we use cookies to manage the ordering process. We do not rent, sell, or otherwise trade details of our customers, suppliers, or associates. Neither do we send out mass-mailings or spam, electronically or otherwise.

General Terms and Conditions
A Purchase
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and Switch cards, and also PayPal. If your local currency is not GB Pounds, your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. Payment is debited upon placing your order.
When confirmation of an order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Please note that colours and fabrics may vary from photographs.
Your right to terminate this agreement ends seven days from the date we deliver the goods to you. If the goods have already been delivered you may return them to us at your own expense. Please contact us immediately if you wish to terminate this agreement.
Should you decide to return any product it must be unused, in original packaging and with manufacturers tags still attached as we cannot accept back items where tags have been removed.
Please note that should you wish to cancel products ordered with a deposit paid ie: Furniture items an administration fee will be payable of £20.00 and in some cases cancellation may not be possible once products have been ordered with the manufacturer.

Shipping And Handling
For mainland UK delivery only, orders with a value of less than £50 will incur a £3.50 delivery charge. Orders with a value of £50 or more are usually delivered free of charge, depending upon the destination.
For deliveries to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, some extremes of England, Northern Ireland or Eire, a surcharge will apply, please call for details 01760 721000/723178. We are usually able to take orders outside of the areas indicated above to obtain a shipping fee for your region please email at info@baby-pages.co.uk or phone us.. We do deliver to BFPO addresses but please be advised that the Ministry of Defence do charge our couriers a surcharge, therefore the cost to BFPO addresses will be £15.00 per box.
Delivery Schedule
We use Parcelforce to deliver goods on our behalf. Goods are normally delivered between 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday. We can also arrange a Saturday delivery at a fee of £6.00 per box, please phone us for information.
If our courier is unable to deliver the goods to the specified address, or if you fail to respond to the “sorry we missed you” card, the courier may return the goods to us at your expense.
We are able to deliver to another address other than the cardholder, you will need to email us after placing your order to confirm this.
For mainland UK delivery, subject to stock availability your stock will normally be delivered within three to five working days. We will attempt to contact you if there is likely to be a delay. Selected items may take longer to deliver, where this is the case the delivery time will normally be indicated on the product description. If goods do not arrive within the expected time, you must contact us and we will query this with the carrier.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
All our prices are inclusive of VAT at the appropriate rate which will be indicated on your invoice. If you are able to purchase goods exempt from VAT (e.g. you reside in the Channel Islands) then please contact us for further details.
Online Security
Why you can feel secure shopping with us
When you shop with us, our secure server encrypts all of your personal information, including name, address and credit card information. We use SagePay which are an industry leader in secure internet transactions. SagePay are used by thousands of other UK businesses for transaction security.
Industry leading transaction security
All transaction information passed between our website and the SagePay Payment System is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and all messages from SagePay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing passed to SagePay can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.
Internationally recognised encryption and data storage
Once on the SagePay system, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign’s Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. The data they hold is extremely secure and they are regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so.
Private network links to banks
SagePay has multiple private links into the banking network that are completely separate from the Internet and which do not cross any publicly accessible networks. Any cardholder information sent to the banks and any authorisation message coming back is secure and cannot be tampered with.
Employee access
No individuals within our company or SagePay are able to decrypt transaction information or cardholder data. Their systems only allow access to our most senior staff and only in extenuating circumstances (such as investigations of Card Fraud by the Police). Your card information is secure even from their own employees because the systems never display the full card numbers, even on administration screens.
Guarantee
We aim to guarantee your satisfaction. In the event of any goods being faulty upon delivery, we must be notified immediately and the goods returned within 28 days. When received by us, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund at our discretion.
All the products sold via this website are covered by the manufacturers warranty. In the event of any goods being faulty, please contact us and we will advise as to the warranty procedure for your product.
Please keep all original packaging in case of a need to return the goods to us.

Privacy Policy
Baby-Pages Ltd do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart and to enhance your shopping expereince, for example where you wish to maintain a notepad of the items that interest you. The ordering part of this website will not function currently if you disable cookies.
If you grant us permission via the checkout process, then we may from time to time notify you of products that we think may interest you, or bring special offers to your attention. We will never pass your details onto any third party, unless required to do so by a law enforcement agency or similar.
Returns Policy
Your right to terminate this agreement ends seven days from the date we deliver the goods to you. If the goods have already been delivered you may return them within 28 days of receipt at your own expense. Please contact us immediately if you wish to terminate this agreement.
We can arrange collection of larger items at a fee of £15.00 please email us for details at info@baby-pages.co.uk.
Once an order has been processed if you wish to cancel this there will be a 10% administration fee.
Should you decide to return any product it must be unused, in original packaging with manufacturers tags still attached, we cannot accept items back where tags have been removed.
Please be advised that should you return a product not via our collection service it remains your responsibility until signed for by us.
